I came here just trying to escape working from my living room. What I found was a room full of creative, inspiring people who actually eat lunch together every day, beautiful light, and a space that makes you want to do your best work. Add evening events and being in the heart of Chinatown, and it’s become a place I genuinely look forward to going every day.

I’ve tried multiple co-working options since starting my own business a couple of years ago. Nothing provided the community or sense of belonging that I’ve have at Index. I also underestimated the value of a dedicated desk: a monitor is great, but the feeling of a stable, physical place where I sit and work has been even more meaningful.

Index is calm™️, soulful, and genuinely a pleasure to spend time in. It feels less like an office and more like an extension of my living room or kitchen, with the added benefit of being surrounded by smart, dedicated, and creative people. It’s familiar, grounding, and alive. It’s also a shape-shifter: meeting rooms and desks by day, event space by night, and on weekends a quiet place to read and think. Get a desk. Or two.
